This hotel is ideal for a city break. The metro is right outside the hotel with good links to the centre of Madrid. Also the Open Top Bus pick-up is only just down the road near the Real Madrid football stadium. There are plenty of cafes nearby for a reasonably priced breakfast and just around the corner from the hotel is an excellent Chinese restaurant with good service and good prices. The bed in the hotel was the most comfortable one I have ever slept in. The bathrooms are large and with good lighting. The hotel was very clean and peaceful.

The only negative comment I have is that the breakfast was expensive if you ate in the hotel.

Convenient spot near a metro station! 🚇

The hotel was located near to the Metro station just 2min walk from the main enterance.

The hotel didn't provide even one bottle of water free of charge and the water in mini bar was extremely expensive.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, although my Spanish skills are poor. Location of hotel near centre of Madrid and access to public transportation.

We thought it was good value for money . We loved the fact that it was so convenient to the metro.We liked the friendly and relaxed atmosphere in this hotel.

Immaculately clean and pleasant staff at the desk and cleaning service. Great location near a bus/metro station and within walking distance of Restaurante Sion.- Nothing to complain about, I liked this venue and recommend it.

Great breakfast They let me to stay with the room until 3.30pm in the last day

Too far from the centre (25min by metro to get the Prado museum/ Thyssen-Bornemisza museum/ Reina Sofía museum) The air conditioning was not efficient – I decided to open the window to cool down the room The soundproofing was the not the best one

IT is located very close to the underground that makes things easier in terms of getting around the city! The rooms are amazing i guess you get what you pay for! it´ll take you 15´ to arrive at sol´s station ! definitely it aint far away from the heart of the city!
